These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed either online, email, telephone or in-person or in our
showrooms with Rockshop Wholesale. Please read carefully before placing an order.  All contracts shall be governed by
and construed in accordance with English Law and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of
England and Wales. Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights.

By using this site you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.


We are pleased to accept orders by any of the following methods:

  • Online transaction via a secure server

  • Email

  • Telephone

  • Visiting our showrooms

Orders placed online must be paid for at the time of order, unless you are a Rockshop Wholesale Credit Account holder.
All credit/debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorised by the card issuer.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Switch, Maestro, Access and Eurocard.
If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and/or non-delivery of your order.
No orders will be accepted or processed without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder.

Customers who hold a Rockshop Wholesale Credit Account will be invoiced accordingly and payments should be made no
later than the arranged time from the invoice date.

Import Duties & Taxes

If your delivery address is outside of the mainland UK, you may be required to pay import duties before you can take delivery of your order.
We do not have any control over these charges, and we cannot advise on their amount.
Unfortunately, we are unable to notify of you of any import cost during the checkout process as these vary from country to country.
It is your responsibility to pay any additional import duties and taxes.
To find out if your order will be subject to additional import duties please contact your local customs office for further information and a
“landed cost estimate” before placing your order.

WhatsApp Video Shopping

Please be aware that our WhatsApp video shopping service does not fall under our standard mail order T&Cs.
This is a bespoke shopping service and orders made using this service are processed differently to orders placed online.

Next day delivery is not guaranteed with WhatsApp video shopping and certain discounts and offers may not apply
due to the amount of time and resource this service takes up. If you have any questions or special requests regarding
delivery or stock, please speak to your video shopping assistant and we will try to accommodate your requests.

Vat and Vat Codes

The web price excludes VAT.

For all UK customers, VAT is added at the checkout at the current rate.

All other customers are exempt from VAT.  Some products, such as books, are exempt from VAT.

Minimum Order

A minimum spend of £100* is required on all first-time orders. All subsequent orders will then require a minimum spend of £50* per order.
*Before VAT and after discounts applied.
If you wish to place an order under £50 this can only be done over the phone on 01484 485599. Please note a £5 handling charge will be added to orders under £50, see Terms and Conditions.

Cancelled Orders

Please note that orders cancelled after payment may incur a handling fee.

After a reasonable period of trading with us, you can apply for a Rockshop Wholesale Credit Account. Do this by contacting our sales team for more information.

Products, Prices and Content

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the pictures and colours depicted on our website match the actual products as
closely as possible, we cannot guarantee the products you receive will be an exact match to those illustrated on the website.
This is due to technical limitations and the nature of the product itself, all natural materials will vary in size, colour, quality
and availability.

We always do our best to offer a repeatable product and when this not be possible we will try to stock an alternative.

All prices are shown in pound sterling (£) and are exclusive of UK VAT at the current rate unless clearly stated.

Prices, product descriptions and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and whilst every effort has been made
to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions.

All weights and sizes quoted are approximate.

Any information displayed on our website(s) or our other printed material is not regarded to be authoritative or certified
as the best practice and is only considered to be useful supplementary advice to other certified codes of practice.
All information on our website is updated regularly.

We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice.

Caring for your Stone or Crystal

Not every stone and crystal we sell is the same and some will need looking after in different ways to others. Things to consider when purchasing your stones or crystals are:

  • Some may be prone to fading if exposed to sunlight in places such as windowsills or outside, some of these include amethyst, citrine and some quartz varieties.
  • Porous stones and some crystals maybe susceptible to decay/dissolving if cleaned in water, kept outside or kept in a wet or damp environment.
  • Certain stones and crystals contain trace metals in them and are prone to rusting if cleaned in water, kept outside or kept in a wet or damp environment. We do not recommend getting dyed stones wet in order to prevent colour transfer.

If you are unsure about which stone types or crystals are susceptible to any of the above please ask a member of our team.

NETT Items

As our NETT items are already at our lowest possible price, no further discounts can be applied, unless you have reached an annual spend that gives you NETT discounts.


Rockshop Wholesale does not specifically endorse any of our products for their supposed esoteric ‘healing’ qualities or values. We believe our products to be beautiful,
natural objects and are happy to sell them on that basis alone. Please be aware that the views of our staff are not necessarily the same as those held by the management.
Furthermore, Rockshop Wholesale will not be held responsible for any claims made by our staff about the products.

Ownership of goods

All items supplied to the customer remain the property of Rockshop Wholesale until paid for in full. If payment is not received in full,
we reserve the right to recover the goods on entering the buyer's premises or those of any third party for that purpose.
