Online Payments

Orders placed online must be paid for at the time of order, unless you are a Rockshop Credit Account holder. All credit/debit card transactions are subject to validation by the card issuer. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Amex, Access and Eurocard.  If your card issuer does not authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and/or non-delivery. 

Please note that your card will not be debited until we have despatched your order. If the credit card transaction is approved, the amount will be reserved immediately and you will receive an order confirmation to your email. Your card will be debited upon despatch. The balance of any returned items will be refunded onto your card. If the card transaction is not approved your order will be cancelled.

Are my card details and personal information safe?

Rockshop Wholesale guarantees that your details are completely safe with us. All informaton is sent encrypted to ensure total security of any sensitive information. Read more in our Privacy Policy.

When is my order balance debited from my card?

A reservation of the amount is made on your card when you place an order. Your card will be debited upon despatch. 

How will I be refunded in case of a return?

Your refund will be payable with the same payment method you chose for purchase. If you have paid by credit or debit card, we will refund the balance to the card originally used.
