For example, total carriage cost £60, Rock Shop Wholesale pay £50, you pay £10. In order to qualify for free carriage, your order total must be a minimum of £250*. Bulk purchases of Salt Lamps, Salt T-lights, Amethyst Geodes and bulk boxes of Amethyst, Agate and Rough Rock are excluded from the free carriage offer.

Rockshop Wholesale aims to despatch orders within 2-3 working days. Delivery times may alter during our busy periods i.e, Easter, Bank Holidays, Christmas etc.
We use a number of local and international courier companies and will always use the most suitable and lowest cost for each order. All deliveries are sent on a signed for service and will, therefore, require someone to be present at the delivery address to receive and sign for the goods. All large orders that are sent on a pallet will be delivered by a vehicle with a tail lift and pallet truck. If the carrier is unable to deliver your parcel it will be left with a neighbour unless you inform us to do otherwise. Please make us aware at the time of placing your order.

If you wish to return a product please contact us within 14 days of receipt to be issued with a returns number. Goods returned to us without a returns number will not be accepted.
