We aim to despatch orders the next working day.
During busy periods such as Easter and Christmas this may take slightly longer.

Delivery Methods & Information

RockShop Wholesale delivers Worldwide.

We use a number of local and international courier companies and will always use the most suitable and lowest cost for each order.
All deliveries are sent on a signed for service and will require someone to be present at the delivery address to receive and sign for the goods.
All large orders that are sent on a pallet will be delivered by a vehicle with a tail lift and pallet truck.
If the carrier is unable to deliver your parcel it will be left with a neighbour unless you inform us otherwise, please make us aware at the time of placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from RockShop.

If you would like to return an item because you have changed your mind you can send it back to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Help us to help you by giving your reasons for your return and any other information on the enclosed returns note.

Please ensure that the items are suitably packed to prevent damage.

Returning Damaged or Faulty Products

If you have received faulty or damaged goods, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue. 

The cost of the return postage is the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded unless the items are damaged or faulty.
