Do you get the crystal information to go in each section as shown in the picture? If not where can I get these?

yes they come with the pack and when you buy our tumblestones we include them in the bags.

How many stones are there for each type, and can you choose type of stones?

There are 10 of each stone type. The packs are pre made and stone types can not be selected. Packs vary depending on the stock we have in the warehouse.

Does this starter pack contain seven chakra stones

The exact types of stones may vary from pack to pack, but there should be enough stones to complete the chakra set.
