General

These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed online or by email, fax, telephone or in person in our showrooms with Rockshop Wholesale. Please read carefully before placing any order. All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights.

By using this site you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Orders

We are pleased to accept orders by any of the following methods, online transaction via secure server, email, fax, telephone or in person whilst visiting our showrooms. Orders placed online must be paid for at the time of order, unless you are a Rockshop Wholesale Credit Account holder.  All credit / debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorised by the card issuer. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Switch, Maestro, Access and Eurocard. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and / or non-delivery of your order. No orders will be accepted or processed without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder.

Customers who hold a Rockshop Wholesale Credit Account will be invoiced accordingly and payments should be made no later than 30 days from the invoice date.

The web price excludes VAT.  For all UK customers, VAT is added at the checkout at the current rate.  EU customers with a valid VAT number are exempt from VAT, those without a valid VAT number will be charged VAT at the current rate.  All other customers are exempt from VAT.  Some products are exempt from VAT such as books.

Discounts

We operate a loyalty discount ladder, the more you spend the more we discount as follows:

* the annual spend is calculated one year previous to the date of your order.

Due to current website limitations, products where discounts do not apply (nett items) may have had discounts applied to them in your basket in error.  If this occurs, we will always contact you before we process your order.

Products, prices and content

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the pictures and colours depicted on the site match as closely as possible those of the actual product due to technical limitations and the nature of the product, all natural materials vary in size, colour, quality and availability.  We cannot guarantee items identical to those illustrated on this website.  We always do our best to offer a repeatable service and to try to stock alternatives.

All prices are shown in pound sterling (£) and are exclusive of UK VAT at the current rate unless clearly stated.

Prices, product descriptions and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and whilst every effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions.  All weights quoted are approximate.

Any information displayed on our web site(s) or other printed matter by the company is not regarded to be authoritative or certified as the best practice and is only considered to be useful supplementary advice to other certified codes of practice. All information on our web site is updated regularly.

We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice.

Nett Items

As our NETT items are already at our lowest possible price, no further discounts can be applied.  Due to current website limitations, any discount shown in your basket for NETT items will be removed when we process your order.

Rockshop Wholesale does not specifically endorse any of our products for their supposed esoteric ‘healing’ qualities or values.  We believe our products to be beautiful natural objects and are happy to sell them on that basis alone.  Please be aware that the views of our staff are not necessarily the same as those held by the management, furthermore Rockshop Wholesale will not be held responsible for any claims made by our staff about the products.

Ownership of goods

All items supplied to the customer remain the property of Rockshop Wholesale until final payment of all sums owing in respect of those goods has been received in full by us.  If payment is not received, Burhouse Ltd. may recover the goods on entering the buyer's premises or those of any third party for that purpose.
